  • Cut Raw Mango – ½ Cup
  • Onion – ½ Cup
  • Carrot – grated ½ Cup
  • Cucumber – grated – ½ Cup
  • Tomato – 1
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Lemon Syrup

How to Prepare Manghai, Thengai, Verkadalai Sundal

  • Cook peanut with little amount of salt
  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Add 1 table spoon of lemon syrup and salt to taste
