- Cut Raw Mango – ½ Cup
- Onion – ½ Cup
- Carrot – grated ½ Cup
- Cucumber – grated – ½ Cup
- Tomato – 1
- Coriander
- Salt
- Lemon Syrup
How to Prepare Manghai, Thengai, Verkadalai Sundal
- Cook peanut with little amount of salt
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl
- Add 1 table spoon of lemon syrup and salt to taste
