Arbi Sabzi

Ingredients

250 g – arbi
1 cup – coriander leaves
1 – onion
1 – tomato
1/4 tsp – turmeric powder
1/2 tsp – red chilli powder
1/2 tsp – coriander powder
salt
oil

How to Make Arbi Sabzi

Boil the arbi in the pressure cooker.
Remove the skin, cut into round pieces and deep fry.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add sliced onions.
When the onions turn brown, add tomatoes, spices and salt.
Add fried arbi, mix well.
