Akki (Rice Flour) Roti



1 large Bell Pepper (Green capsicum)
A small bunch Methi Leaves
A small bunch Dill
1.5 cups Rice flour
1 Green chilli (finely chopped)
Coriander (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Steamed rice
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Water for mixing

How to Make Akki (Rice Flour) Roti

Grate bell pepper and add to the rice flour. Add chopped dill and methi leaves.
Then add chillies, coriander, salt and jeera and mix well. The consistency of the mixture should be such that it can be patted on a griddle.
Then take a ball of the mixture and pat it on a greased tawa in a circular pattern with your fingers.
Then pour some oil around and heat until the bottom of the roti turns golden brown.
Turn and repeat the same.
Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
