Aloo rasawalla



Boiled potatoes – 2
Tomatoes, chopped lengthwise – 3
Onions, chopped lengthwise – 2
Sambar powder – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves, chopped fine for garnishing
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp

How to Make Aloo rasawalla

Cube the boiled potatoes.
keep aside In a pan, add the oil and splutter the mustard seeds.
Add the turmeric powder and onions.
Saute till it becomes light brown.
Add the tomatoes and saute till it becomes mashed.
Add the sambhar powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well
Add the potatoes, add 1 cup of water and cook till done
Once it is blended well, switch off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves
