Yummy Peas Pulao



Basmati rice – 2 cups.
Peas – 1/2 cup.
Water – 3 cups.
ghee – 1/4 cup.
oil – 1/4 cup.
green chillies – 6, finely chopped.
ginger – 10 g, finely chopped.
Whole spices – 2 each.
Onion – 2, medium pieces.
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup.
Cashews – 1/4 cup, roasted.

How to Make Yummy Peas Pulao

Soak the rice. Then cook it, adding salt, and keep aside.
In a kadai, heat ghee and oil. Add the whole spices and saute.
Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
Then add chopped ginger, green chillies and saute for a minute.
Add peas and salt.
Put the rice and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and cashews.
Serve hot with any spicy side dish.
