Appetising Shahi paneer



2 (medium size) – onions
2 (medium size) – tomatoes
10 – cashew nuts (soak it for 15 minutes)
2 – green chillies
1 tbsp – oil
1/2 tsp – cumin seeds
coriander leaves
1/2 tsp – garam masala
1 tsp – coriander powder
1/4 tsp – chilli powder
1/4 tsp – turmeric
A small piece (grated) – ginger
1/2 lbs – paneer

How to Make Appetising Shahi paneer

Cut onions, tomatoes and chillies into small pieces. Cut paneer into triangular pieces.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add diced onions and chillies.
After 3 minutes, add ginger, coriander powder, chilli powder, cashew nuts, salt and fresh coriander leaves.
After 2 minutes, put tomatoes.
Cover it and cook until raw smell goes and tomatoes are fully cooked.
Leave this mixture for some time so that it cools down
Grind this mixture to a smooth paste.
Again put this paste into a pan and add some water.
Let it simmer for 2-3 mins.
Put paneer pieces into it and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan or chapattis.
