Aloo matar

Ingredients

1/2 kg – peas
2 – potatoes
1 – tomato
1 – onion
4 – cashew nuts
2 tsp – coriander powder
1 tsp – cumin powder
1/2 tsp – red chilli powder
1/2 tsp – turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 – glass water
3 tsp – oil

How to Make Aloo matar

Cut potatoes into cubes.
Grind chopped onion, tomato, cashew nuts and mix with cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and some water.
Heat oil, fry potatoes and keep aside.
Add peas and masala paste and fry on medium heat for 2-3 min.
Add fried potatoes, mix and add water.
Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 min. Serve
