Aloo Beans

Ingredients

Potato – 1
Beans – 4
Channa dal – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – few
Red chilli – 2
Onion – 1
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp

How to Make Aloo Beans

Boil potato and channa dal
Boil beans in microwave for 7 min
Take 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, splutter mustard and jeera then add curry leaves and red chilli.
Add onions, fry till transparent
Add beans, channa dal, potato, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Fry for 5 min and serve.
