Aloo Kheer



500 ml – milk
1 – boiled and fried potato(aloo)
50 g – sweet boondi
1 tbsp- sugar
1/4 tsp – cardamom
1 tsp – dry fruits

How to Make Aloo Kheer

Boil the potato, chop and deep fry it.
Reduce the milk into half on a slow fire.
Bring this to room temperature, then add the fried potatoes, sweet boondi, cardamom and dry fruits
