Ajwain Ki Chai



1 cup water
1 cup – milk
1.5 tsp- CTC tea leaves
2 tsp- sugar
1/4 tsp – ajwain or omam seeds
1 pinch cinnamon powder

How to Make Ajwain Ki Chai

Heat water, add seeds, tea, cinnamon.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Add sugar, milk, stir.
Allow to boil, and simmer till colour is as desired.
Stand cover for 1 minute, to brew.
Strain and serve piping hot.
Serve hot with biscuits, khakra (refer recipe index), etc.
