Vegetarian Recipe




12 mangoes, preferably alphonso mangoes
1 cup – milk
½ cup – sugar
1tsp cardamom powder

How to Make Aamras

Soak the mangoes in water for 1 hour.
Peel the skin and remove the pulp.
In blender mix all the ingredients and blend to a smooth paste.
Keep chilled in the fridge for at least 1hour before serving.
Serve with hot puris or chappatis.
